I bought this because I loved the color! Nice a simple and seemed to be a great price. But when I got it, it took me at least 30 mins to try and figure out how to get it set up right, then maybe another 20 to figure out how to take it down. Once I tried again I still couldn't figure it out (yes I read the directions too). When I was trying to take it down pieces broke off the bottom, so I called and Amazon was so kind enough to replace it.... needless to say I had the same issue ...
